resonance hybrids are all the different ways to draw a molecule that has resonance.

A resonance hybrid is basically a chemical structure that has resonance. So, suppose we have NO3- (Nitrate). Since N needs to form a single double bond with one of the oxygen in order to be stable, we can write the Lewis Structure in three different ways, because of the 3 Oxygens. This would indicate that this structure is a resonance structure, and that the electrons are delocalized, allowing each of the bonds to have a bond length in between a single and a double bond.

Yeah resonance is a blending of structures with the same arrangement of atoms but a different arrangement of electrons. It spreads multiple bond characteristics over a molecule and essentially "blends" the different Lewis Dot structures for that molecule.
