Even though I have double checked that I've been doing everything correctly with question 2 on Achieve for NH4+, my answer just keeps saying its wrong. Can someone please let me know what I possibly am doing wrong in this scenario please?

Hi Vahag,
You have the right structure. I just tried the problem on achieve and it worked for me.
Some things to try:
Redraw the molecule starting with N first. Then place the 4 hydrogens and connect the bonds. I put the charge last using the "more" tab.
Maybe the order of drawing the molecules matters? If this doesn't work, talk to a TA
