oxidation state of iron

could someone explain how you find the oxidation state of iron given this structure? the answer is +2

I think the iron is making two covalent bonds with the nitrogens (solid lines) but also making 2 coordinate covalent bonds with the other two nitrogens (dotted lines). Those do not count towards its oxidation state, hence it is +2.

so would double bonds count towards the oxidation number too?
