ionic and covalent character

I-, Cl-, S2-, P3-

Li+, Ca2+, Cs+, Ba2+
out of these ions, would Cl- and Cs+ have the greatest ionic character?
and which would have greatest covalent character?

Only bonds can have ionic or covalent character.
