Higher dipole moment
Hi there, when looking at the lewis structures of two different molecules, how can you tell which one has the higher dipole moment?

Hello!
Dipole moments are measurements of the separation of two opposite electrical charges. Therefore, you will know that the molecule has a higher dipole moment when the difference in electronegativity between the two molecules is greater.
