Dipole-Dipole Interactions / H-bonding
So to clarify, hydrogen bonding is a type of dipole-dipole interaction, but it is only between hydrogen and oxygen, nitrogen, or fluorine atom. While dipole-dipole is the strongest interaction between atoms and molecules, hydrogen bonding is the strongest which makes it THE strongest interaction?

Yes, hydrogen bonding is a type of dipole-dipole interaction. It is not as strong as covalent or ionic bond

Hydrogen bonding is a type of dipole - dipole interaction. It is the strongest type of intermolecular interaction. They are not stronger than covalent bonds. While hydrogen bonds will break with a certain amount of energy (such as the amount of energy it takes for water molecules to break their hydrogen bonds and evaporate), more energy is needed to break its covalent bonds, its bonds between atoms, and actually separate the oxygen and hydrogen atoms from each other.
