arrows for dipole moments

How do we determine which way the dipole moments are drawn?

The arrows are usually pointed towards the more electronegative atom (or the atom with the partially negative charge)

arrows point towards the element with the higher electronegativity...

This is an example of a dipole moment. The arrow is pointing towards the atom with a partial negative charge.
