In achieve question #4, expected bond lengths are given and it mentions "overwhelming bond character" or "ample bond character". What does this mean?

Hi, I believe that overwhelming bond character or ample bond character is referring to the bonds between the elements being predominantly ionic or covalent. Even though every bond has characteristics of both ionic and covalent bonds sometimes one type of bond is much more prevalent.
