Disassociation energy is the energy required to break a bond. For instance, if you were asked which bond had a higher disassociation energy, a double bond or triple bond, you would say the triple bond because it is harder to break. We have not gone over how to calculate disassociation energy so I wouldn't worry about numbers, just about the concept in relationship to the strength of different bonds.
