bond energy clarification

In lecture, the slides had this list:
ion-ion -250kJ.mol^-1
ion-dipole -15 kJ.mol^-1
dipole-dipole -2kJ.mol^-1

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what these values were of again?

I think it represents the energy required to break the bond, hence denoting bond strength. The more negative the value is, the stronger the bond is.

Those are the dissociation energy values for specific bonds between two atoms. This is the energy needed to break a bond. Ions have higher dissociation energy values while Induced Dipole Induced Dipole are lower. These values are always positive.
