Which intermolecular force increases boiling point the most?

Ionic forces have the greatest impact on boiling point.

Forces that affect boiling point are based on the strength of the intermolecular forces, so the ones that would most affect BP are the ones that are the strongest. So ionic interactions would have the highest effect, followed by hydrogen bonding, then ion-dipole interactions, and the last few all being relatively similar in strength.

Just like triple bonds are the strongest and hardest to pull apart, think about the ion-ion bond being the strongest, and therefore the hardest to pull apart, or boil.

Ionic bonds are the strongest because the electrons are actually being donated to the more electronegative atom, and thus it would be hardest to pull these apart because it would take a relatively large amount of energy to remove electron(s) from such pairings

When hydrogen atoms bond with F, O, or N, the result is a very strong dipole moment due to the high electronegativity of F/O/N (forms strong negative dipole) and the tendency of the small hydrogen atom to share its electron (forms strong positive dipole).
