How do you rank radicals?

If you mean how do we rank radicals with stability, I believe having resonance increases stability by delocalizing charge.

i'm pretty sure the stability of radicals increase as its degree increases

A radical is a molecule that contains at least one unpaired electron. In organic chemistry, it is more specified that radical stability increases in the order methyl < primary < secondary < tertiary, but I'm not sure how much of this we actually need to know. The stability of radicals on the carbon atom increase with the increase of its degree as well.

I'm a little confused, what do you mean by degree?

For radical stability, the order from least to greatest stability: Methyl < Primary < Secondary < Tertiary. This is due to the delocalization of the odd electrons.
