Strength of Repulsion

Can someone explain why lone-lone pairs have a higher strength of repulsion than a lone-bonding pair or a bonding-bonding pair?

In this question, the only thing you should compare is the strength of repulsion relating to single lone pair/bonded atoms. Since all nucleus are positively charged and have ability to tract electrons, more nucleus means stronger attraction force towards electrons. Since electrons in lone pair are attracted by one nucleus versus electrons in bond are attracted by two, electrons in bond are more tightly held to axis of the bond than those of lone pairs. In conclusion, lone pair has larger electron cloud than that of bond( or lone pair has more repulsion ability than bond).
