Do we have to memorize all bond angles within each shape?

I believe so because knowing the bond angles makes it easier to understand the shape of the molecule. Also within the molecule most of the bond angles are repeated in the structure so it's not too complicated.

Absolutely you should. Knowing the bond angles will allow you to easily memorize certain shapes of molecules.

We can't be certain of the exact bond angles of every shape of the molecules, because sometimes lone pairs affect it. So, I simply would recommend memorizing the angles of molecules where they're symmetrical or stated in the book, and memorize how lone pairs affect the angles.
