Can molecules have the same VSEPR formula and what would that mean for the shape, the name and the electron arrangement? Also, what is an example of this if there is one?

Molecules can be in the same VSEPR category. That would mean that their bonding domains/lone pairs would shape the angles between bonds the same way. For example, CH4 and and SO4 (2-) both have tetrahedral molecular geometry.

Molecules can have the same VSEPR formula. This formula is very helpful in determine the shape and bond angles of the molecule.

If molecules have the same VSEPR formula they generally have the same electron arrangement and same shape. Knowing the VSEPR formula allows us to predict the shape, although there's still limitations when it comes to precise bond angle values when dealing with bond angles that aren't symmetrical.
