How can you find a VSEPR formula?

I think we are just learning some specific VSEPR structures now. Maybe we can imagine the VSEPR structures of other molecules by drawing out their Lewis Structures and positioning the bondings and lone pairs as far apart as possible while being stable.

The VSEPR formula is AXnEm, where A represents a central atom, X represents an attached atom, and E represents a lone pair.
