How are double and triple bonds represented in the VSEPR models?

Are there any elements, that when bonded together, are considered exceptions to the VSEPR models we have been presented?

Due to the strength of double and triple bonds, they affect the bond angle of the molecule by acting like nonbonding electron pairs and skew the normal bond angles. In general, multiple bonds (double, triple) in the VESPR model exert a greater repulsive force on adjacent electrons than the single bonds do, which causes deviations in the set geometry of the bond angles. The exceptions occur due to nonbonding pairs and multiple bonds.
