Does increasing the size of a molecule make it stronger or weaker? Why?

Do you mean atomic radius?

It tends to make it stronger since larger molecules tend to have larger london forces due to the greater amount of electrons, but the strength of a molecule is dependent on many other things besides size.

In most cases, an increase in molecular size attributes to an increase in the size electro regions of the atoms that construct the molecule, so an increase in size will make the intermolecular interaction stronger.
