what does VSPER stand for and do we need to memorize it?

VSEPR stands for "valence shell electron pair repulsion" and we probably do not need to have it memorized

VSEPR is the Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion theory and it basically is a way to describe molecular shapes using rules of electron repulsion. Memorizing the rules will certainly help in drawing and naming the structures.

VSEPR stands for Valence-Shell Electron-Pair Repulsion. The VSEPR Model explains the experimentally observed shape of molecules and can predict distortions qualitatively but not quantitatively. It may be helpful to memorize the shapes and general angles, though you probably don't need to memorize exactly what VSEPR stands for.

VSEPR assumes that each molecule in an atom will have a shape that minimizes the repulsion between valence electrons. This model helps us determine the shape of molecules and their bond angles.

VSPER is the acronym for Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion, a model that explains the experimentally observed shape of a molecule.

VSEPR is an acronym for "valence-shell-electron-pair-repulsion" model. It explains experimentally the observed shape of molecules. Yes, we need to know it 100% as it encompasses all the various shapes that we will have to determine for each given molecule (tetrahedral, trigonal planar, etc.).

VSEPR stands for Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion theory. I do not think we need to memorize it but it would not hurt to actually know it.

VSEPR stands for "Valence shell electron pair repulsion" but we do not need to memorize the full form of that acronym. However, we need to understand the theory and molecular geometries.

The VSEPR model stands for the Valence-Shell Electron-Pair Repulsion model. You do not need to have the acronym memorized. However, it may help with your understanding of the concepts of the model.

VSEPR stands for Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion theory and it would probably be very helpful to memorize it.
