How do you determine when the largest dipole moment is for a molecule?

The larger the electronegativity difference, the larger the dipole moment.

The Dipole Moment has a direct correlation with polarity so the more polar the larger the dipole moment.

As a general idea, the further the two elements are on the periodic table, the greater the difference in electronegetivity and therefore the greater the difference in the dipole moment.

Dipole moments depend on polarity and polarity depends on electronegativity, so dipole moments are dependent on these things.

Dipole moment is dependent on the electronegativity difference between two atoms. The greater the difference the greater the dipole.

When the electronegativities of two atoms bonded are very different, the molecule will have dipole moment

Knowing the polarity of the element also helps show its ability to form dipole dipole (idk how relevant that is but hey just trying to contribute)
