how to draw lewis structure of a molecule which have odd number of electron? like OClO ?

You can draw it in several different ways. Just count the number of electrons, and try to make each atom form eight electrons out most shell.

With a radical you assign the lone electron to the atom with the lowest Electronegativity. For example in HOCO (17 e) the lone electron would be put on C.

I checked out ClO2, it involves something called a triple electron bond, which is beyond this class.

Also, many times ClO2 is associated with a negative charge, which means it would have a total of 20 electrons instead of 19.

The chlorine atom in the middle would not have a complete octet, so normally they would give you ClO2 as an ion (-1) which gives it 20 electrons

It can be drawn in several different ways, but the best way to determine where the radical goes is to find the structure with the lowest charges on it.

Count the valence electrons, try to make each element form a complete octet, and then check your formal charges.
