T-shaped vs Trigonal Bipyramidal

On homework problem 2E.9, ICL3 is T-shaped but what is the difference between trigonal bipyramidal and T-shaped?

Trigonal bipyramidal refers to a molecule with electrons in five bonding locations about the central atom, while T-Shaped is a derivative of Trigonal Bipyramidal in which there are 3 bonded electron pairs and 2 lone pairs about the central atom

Trigonal bipyramid and t-shape both have a steric number of 5 (basically 5 things around the central atom), but the difference is that trigonal bipyramid is the basic geometry with a steric number of 5, as it has 0 lone pairs, while t-shape has 2, thus that's why its bond angles are approximately 90 degrees.
