The molecular shape would be the 3 dimensional shape of the molecule, emerging from their respective electron arrangement. A specific electron arrangement between atoms would determine the shape of the molecule, as the electron-electron repulsion would be the force holding its shape.

Electron focuses more on how the electrons are placed and bonding than molecular. So molecular tends to be more general focusing on regions of electron density while electron focuses on lone pairs and where they are placed because of the electron electron repulsion.

the electron arrangement is primarily the placement, the molecular shape would be a 3D representation of where the electron density is actually placed in relation to the electron-electron repulsion.

Arrangement is the arrangement of electrons around the central atom. Shape is how those electrons repel each other and form the shape of the molecule.

Electron arrangement refers to the placement of electrons, while the molecular shape would determine the bound atoms of a molecule and show the actual regions of electron density, allowing us to determine the name of the shape of the molecule.
