Will we have to know about dispersion and induced dipole for test 2? Or is it only london forces, dipole-dipole, and hydrogen bonding?

Re: Dispersion
Dr. Lavelle briefly introduced induced dipole-induced dipole during one of his lectures last week so I think it'd be good to go over it. However, london dispersion forces, dipole-dipole, and hydrogen bonds were emphasized more so you should def know these more in depth.

Re: Dispersion
I believe it is only dipole-dipole, london forces and hydrogen bonding because we have not had a lecture about dispersion and induced dipole yet; but, if lecture this Monday covers these topics and we may have to know it for the test. I would just make sure to know everything covered in lecture up to the test.

Re: Dispersion
I do also know that Dr. Lavelle said that he would focus on covering sigma and pie bonds on Monday, so if he doesn't mention those then I would go over them anyways

Re: Dispersion
I would definitely review dipole--dipole, london dispersion, and hydrogen bonding, as those are the ones we focused on in class, however, I would also recommend looking over the others such as induced dipole-induced dipole etc.

Going over induced dipole wouldn't hurt, but I would focus on the main three of London, DD, and H bonding.
