What is the difference between VSEPR, molecular geometry, and molecular shape?

There is no difference. A VSEPR Model is just a way to show molecular geometry and shape

The VSEPR model gives you the electron geometry and molecular shape. The electron geometry of a molecule is the naming convention based on the number of electron regions. Molecules with 2 electron regions are linear, 3 electron regions are trigonal planar, 4 electron regions are tetrahedral, 5 electron regions are trigonal bipyramidal, and 6 electron regions are octahedral. Molecular shape is the naming conventions which take the amount of lone pairs and bonding regions into account. For NH3, there are 3 bonds and one lone pair on nitrogen. It has 4 electron regions, but the lone pair makes it a trigonal pyramidal shape.

Electron geometry/ arrangement describes the number of bonding regions. For example: NH3 the electron geometry/ # of bonding regions is 4 or tetrahedral, however since there is one lone pair the shape/molecular geometry would be described as trigonal pyramidal. Hope this helps!
