Molecular Shape and Structure

Could someone explain the answer to the following problem?

For the following nitrogen oxide compounds:
a. Draw the most stable lewis structure.
b. Determine the shape.
c. Determine whether the compound is polar or nonpolar.

Nitric Oxide (NO)

Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)

N2O

for part a, the most stable lewis structure is the one where all formal charges of the molecule are 0.
for part b, use the number of electron density regions, bonding regions, and number of lone pairs to determine the shape of the moelcule
for part c, determine if all the bonds coming from the central atom are equivalent. If the bonds are not all symmetrical and contain equal dipole moments, the compound is polar
