You mean molecular shape? VSEPR is plenty good enough

The electron arrangement of H20 would be tetrahedral, but the molecular shape would be bent/angular.

The electron geometry of H2O is tetrahedral because of the two sets of lone pairs. Therefore, its molecular geometry is bent (AX2E2).
