Hybidization

How do hybridization and bond angels relate? As in How do they affect each other?

I just posted a response for another question that should answer your question too:

A hybrid orbital will have more s-character when there are less p orbitals involved in hybridization (character is just the percentage contribution of the type of orbital to the hybrid). For example, sp3 hybrid orbitals are used for tetrahedral electronic geometries (109.5 degrees), sp2 hybrid orbitals are used for trigonal planar electronic geometries (120 degrees), and sp hybrid orbitals are used for linear electronic geometries (180 degrees). Notice how the bond angles increase as the hybrid orbitals have more s-character ([25%,109.5], [33%,120], [50%,180]).
