Does anyone know from what lecture to what lecture the test will be on, is it from the lecture after the midterm to the last one before thanksgiving break?

Test 3 covers: End of Bonding from 3.12 (6 Ed.) and from 2D (7 Ed.); and all of Molecular Shape and Structure (see Syllabus and Outlines for details).

So I believe that You are right about what was covered right after the midterm and right before we left for break but I’m not entirely sure.

the outline is posted online if you wanna know more into detail on what we're gonna be tested on but you should study the lectures from after the midterm up to last monday's lecture before break

Is he done teaching the material for the test? Or will we learn more of the stuff on the test on Monday?

Im wondering this too because in the past he has put questions having to do with the lecture, the day before the test. I have my TA discussion Tuesday so its super early in the week.

The test will be on everything after the midterm to now. Essentially, you must understand the last concepts in chemical bonding, intermolecular forces, and both VSEPR and valence bond theory.

I was told the test is everything up to Monday the 19th's lecture.

The test covers everything up to Monday's lecture even if your discussion is on Tuesday.

Are we supposed to know everything he went over today?

I believe the test covers material from after the midterm to today's (Monday's) lecture.

I believe that the test covers the end of bonding, VSEPR models, and hybridization.
