Hybrid Orbitals

For identifying hybrid orbitals, would this be where you would write for example: sigma(C2sp3)?

If it's identifying the hybrid orbitals used by an atom, I think it's just sp, sp2, sp3, etc.

Hybrid orbitals are in correspondence to the regions of electron density! if 3 regions = sp2
