When writing out hybridization notation, does the d orbital come before s and p? For example, "dsp^3" instead of "sp^3d."

Yes, the d comes from the s and p orbital

It should be written sp^3d.

I don't think it matters too much, but in general, I think it's preferred to write the hybridizations in the order of s, p, d, then f, so for your example, it would be sp^3d

Yes, sp^3d would be the correct notation.

When writing the notation, the d orbital should come after p. So "sp^3d" would be correct.
