what will we need to do in terms of hybridization/what will the problems look like? will the problems just be writing the hybridization for certain molecules?

Just going off achieve problems and textbook problems, I assume that the questions will only be like "name the hybridization for the central atom" or something along those lines.

From our notes and achieve problems, I think it would involve knowing the configuration from ground state to excited state (see image below) and what hybrid orbital corresponds to the given molecule. I am not 100 percent sure, so I would recommend double-checking the text book!
