What is the difference between diamagnetism and paramagnetism?

A paramagnetic electron is an unpaired electron. An atom is considered paramagnetic if even one orbital has a net spin.
Diamagnetic electrons are whenever two electrons are paired together in an orbital, or their total spin is 0. Also, diamagnetic atoms/compounds (and atoms) have paired electrons and are repelled from magnetic fields.

Does anyone have a video they think is a good reference for this toopic?
