Diamagnetism, Paramagnetism
Do we need to know about diamagnetism and paramagnetism for the final? I don't remember it being talked about in lecture.

No, I don't think either of these concepts are mentioned in any of the lectures.

I also don't think they are big concepts. They weren't really focused on in the lectures or in the homework and the outline doesn't specify about them as much.

So far no, check the outlines for the rest of the material we're covering to see if we will learn it though. In general, if it is not on the outline we won't be tested on it.
