Partial Pressure

If the partial pressure of a reactant is decreased, what will happen to the partial pressure of a product when reestablishing equilibrium? Does it make a difference that the question asks for "partial pressure" instead of just "pressure?" That is, if I were to write out the equilibrium constant expression and find that all partial pressures canceled except for one on the bottom, would that mean that changing that remaining "P" would have no effect on the other "P," or partial pressure, since the other cancelled?

A decrease in partial pressure means a decrease in concentration, which would shift the rxn left. I don't think partial pressure vs pressure matters because because a decrease in pressure would cause the same effect.
