Special Names for Compounds

Postby ClaireHW » Tue Nov 28, 2017 9:23 pm

Are there other special names for compounds (such as aqua for H2O or ammine for NH3) that we should know?

Thanks!

CO is carbonyl, NO is nitrosyl, and (C204)^-2 is oxalate
