9C.3 part D 7h edition

On part d of 9C.3, the question asks to write the chemical formula for sodium bisoxalato(diaqua)ferrate (III). I got the answer correct, but why is bisoxalato written before diaqua in the question? Shouldn't they be in alphabetical order regardless of Greek prefixes?

I believe the prefix bis- has something to do with it, perhaps it indicates that both ligands already have a Greek prefix. Also, the book says to ignore Greek prefixes when alphabetizing ligands, but the bis-, tris-, and tetrakis- prefixes aren't explicitly said to be Greek, so maybe we include them when alphabetizing.
