Carbonato and Sulfato - Bidentate?

Postby Dayna Pham 1I » Sun Dec 09, 2018 12:17 am

Carbonato and sulfato both seem to be bidentate because they both have single bonded oxygens, but the textbook doesn't say they are polydentate... Any insight?

They're both polydentate. In the q17.33 of the 6th edition, they ask whether carbonato is polydentate
