Can someone list the order in which we name compounds?

(Greek prefix) ligand names in alphabetical order, then transition metal cation name (Roman numeral of oxidation number). Greek prefix means di-, tri-, tetra-, etc. based on how many of the ligand there are.

In a coordination compound, the ligands are named before the metal. Write down the names of the ligands in the following order: neutral, negative, positive.

What happens if the metal is negatively charged? Is it treated as the ligand?
