Can we use these abbreviations when both naming and writing the formulas for coordination compounds?

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can use abbreviations.

Yes, one of the ta's yesterday said that we could use the abbreviations when naming them

Yes, you can use the abbreviations when naming the compound and also when writing out the formula.

Both the abbreviation and the full names are acceptable for naming.

yes, abbreviations can be used in both the chemical and molecular formulas

Just make sure you remember if they have any charge associated with them.
