Naming process
What is the step by step process of naming a complex ion? Went over it in the textbook/lecture and still a bit confused.

Hi, for me, I will do naming like this:
1. identify the bracket and the TM inside it.
2. identify how many ligands the central atom has
3. identify the charge of the ligands and subsequently the charge of the central atom
4. arrange the ligands in alphabetical order and write them down with their greek prefix
5. write the transition metal and the roman alphabet.
6. add anion names if the complex has one
