Final information/clarification

How are we supposed to know how to name these complexes? Is there a specific algorithm that could help us?

Additionally, will we need to memorize this "algorithm" for the final? Will more information be given to us?

Also do we need to memorize any names of complexes from class/lecture or otherwise?

I also thought the this was pretty unclear. To clarify, I would ask during a discussion or lecture if yours is in person.
