summary of ligand

does anyone have a summary of all the ligands that we need to know, and their names? also how will the metal name change when its in a anion? i noticed a lot didnt just add ate like iron change to ferrate and cobalt to cobaltate

On lavelle's website there is a list of all of the ligands we need to know. This is the link: https://lavelle.chem.ucla.edu/wp-conten ... pounds.pdf. Typically the metal name would change by adding an -o at the end. Hope that helped!
