Drawing structures on the final

Postby Omar Selim 1D » Wed Dec 04, 2019 10:28 am

Are we expected to know how to draw different coordination compound structures? do we need to know how to draw chelating coordination compounds?

I don't believe that we have to know how to draw coordination compounds or chelating coordination compounds because it was not thoroughly discussed in the lecture. However, make sure you thoroughly understand the concepts of each and make sure you know how to draw cisplatin, EDTA, myoglobin, ethylenediamine, and diethylenetriamine as this was discussed in class.

I don't believe you need to know how to draw these compounds. I think you just need to know how to name/identify them.

Definitely just be familiar with identifying/naming them
