EDTA

Postby NicoJones_1B » Fri Dec 06, 2019 10:37 pm

Is Edta a mono dentate because it is one molecule, or is it polydentate because it has multiple binding points?

It's hexadentate and it is also a chelating ligand.

It is a chelating ligand which binds 6 times thus it is a hexadentate
