Coordination Compounds in relation to Chemotherapy

Postby Kyle Harvey 4F » Sun Dec 01, 2019 11:01 pm

I have in my notes that we should know some relations of coordination compounds with chemotherapy. What are some examples of these relationships that we would need to know?

It is important to know that cisplatnin is a chemotherapy drug. It forms a coordination bond with DNA which stops cell division since the Cls are on the same side in a cis compound.
