I have in my notes that we should know some relations of coordination compounds with chemotherapy. What are some examples of these relationships that we would need to know?
I believe he is referring cisplatin. I cannot tell you exactly what it does yet because I haven’t spent time studying it yet.
It is important to know that cisplatnin is a chemotherapy drug. It forms a coordination bond with DNA which stops cell division since the Cls are on the same side in a cis compound.
