How do you calculate what the stoichiometric point is of a neutralization reaction? and its pH?

Write the balanced chemical equation for the neutralization reaction.
Determine the stoichiometry of the reaction.
Calculate the moles of acid or base needed for complete neutralization.
Calculate the moles of acid and base based on initial concentrations and volumes.
Calculate the pH at the stoichiometric point.
Determine if the salt formed hydrolyzes in water.
If hydrolysis occurs, use appropriate equilibrium expressions to calculate pH.
