Significant Figures

Will we have to consider sigfigs when performing calculations regarding equilibrium?

I think in lecture today when doing equilibrium equations, the slide said in parentheses to ignore sig figs during one of the problems

I think he said that because the volumes were so small for that example that using sig figs would not show the change in concentration. So, in that case we would not use sig figs, but unless otherwise stated, I believe we have to use them.
