I was wondering if there was any difference in the method for calculating K using pressure vs. concentrations.

The method is the same but you use different values with different units for pressure vs concentration.

Will we ever need to convert Kc to Kp in a problem if we have one but not the other? And is that possible?

I believe you can convert between pressure and concentration with the Pv=NRT equation.

You can change Kp to Kc and vice versa with the equation Kp = Kc(RT)^(delta n) but I believe that we are not going to be needing this equation for the class.
